G7RAU - MUF CALCULATOR Calculator for sporadic e propagation on vhf bands This is meant to be an assistance tool for calculating the probability of es happening on 2m, you need to get the spots from the cluster on 28MHz upwards and put their locators into DX LOC 1 and DX LOC 2, next put the frequency they spotted on in FREQ and of course put your locator into YOUR LOC. When you click on calculate you will see the results of probability appear, you are interested really I suppose in where to beam, current MUF and frequency of traffic. This is meant as a guide, I do not say it is accurate! and the best way to work es is to be on the band when it happens.. Good luck!
